Whether you are a seasoned veteran or have never ran or cycled before, undertaking a running or cycling plan can be a very important part of your overall health management. We help people run and cycle who may be managing or experiencing the following:

  • Cancer and cancer treatment related side effects

  • Chronic fatigue

  • Persistent pain and fibromyalgia

  • Musculoskeletal injuries (persisting and acute)

  • Depression & Anxiety

Our running and cycling programs are informed by our background in:

  1. Exercise physiology. We understand the physiological changes that are occurring and we work with you to design your training program to meet your needs.

  2. Working with a multi-disciplinary health approach. We are excited and happy to be apart of your health team. We can work with any past, current or future health practitioners that you would like us to work with.
