Racing, competing or challenging your own personal bests

We offer coaching to help you achieve your best possible performance. We help both runners and cyclists to prepare and perform.

Our running and cycling coaching programs are informed by our experience in:

1.Physiology and exercise science: We want our programs to be be based on the most up to date knowledge we have for endurance training! We also understand the physiological , musculoskeletal and psychological demands of endurance training on our bodies, and design tailor made programs to get the best out of yourself.

2.Rehabilitation, pre-habilitation and injury. We work with athletes who have previously, or are currently managing health concerns. We use this knowledge to customise our training programs and to allow the person to do the thing they love.

3.Being the athlete and coaches. Whilst you are working towards your goal, we are also training and competing. We are also experiencing the highs, lows and love of being an endurance athlete. We feel all the emotions you do and we understand what you are going through!
