Finding my own passion as an endurance athlete and exercise clinician was a process (and still is). I’m very grateful to those who have guided me through my health and exercise journey, and I find great satisfaction in helping others to do the same.

About Aden:

Aden loves to run and ride and his coaching is focused on helping people do the same.

Aden grew up road cycling in NSW and competed in the Australian National Road Series (NRS) for 6 seasons with Mobius Bridgelane and GPM Stultz NRS teams. He was also lucky enough to compete abroad with Mobius Bridgelane Continental cycling team, as well as perform the role of assistant sports director for the Tour of Utah in 2018.

Whilst still a keen cyclist, since 2021 Aden has been establishing himself in long distance running, and is enjoying the highs and lows of marathon training. He made is debut Marathon in Canberra in April 2025 and recorded a time of 2hr 35min for 5th place overall.


Qualificaitons:

  • Bachelor of Exercise Physiology (University of New South Wales )

  • Master of Cancer Sciences (University of Melbourne)

  • Master of Physiotherapy (Sydney University)

Aden is a cycling & running coach, accredited exercise physiologist and exercise scientist (Exercise and Sports Science Australia) and a registered physiotherapist (AHPRA) working in New South Wales, Australia.

Aden brings together his experience as a clinician, researcher, athlete and patient to assist anyone managing their health or wanting to get the most out of their performance!
